What data we process

Depending on how you use the website, the following personal data may be processed in particular:

• Contract data (e.g. licence and order information)

When you access the website, server log files are generated, which we use to ensure operation and IT security.

Contact form and licence enquiries

If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, message and, where applicable, project or licence details) in order to handle your enquiry and to prepare or perform contracts. We store this data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or as required by statutory retention periods.

Hosting and technical service providers

Our website is hosted by PhotoDeck (PhotoDeck SAS, EU). PhotoDeck provides the technical platform, hosting and features such as galleries and the shopping cart, and processes personal data on our behalf.

For security and performance, we also use services such as Cloudflare (CDN, security features). In doing so, technical data (e.g. IP address, time of access) may be routed through these providers' infrastructure. We have agreements in place with all processors to ensure the protection of personal data.

Cookies, analytics and third-party content

We use cookies and similar technologies to provide the website and – with your consent – to measure reach and display external content.

• Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. session cookies, shopping cart/lightbox) are required for the website to function.
• We only set optional cookies with your consent, e.g. for web analytics with Google Analytics and for embedded content from Instagram, Vimeo, Google Maps or similar services.

You can change your consent at any time via the cookie/consent banner or disable cookies in your browser. Google and other providers may also process data in countries outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA (in particular the USA); in such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or we obtain your consent. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as required by statutory retention periods; the data is then deleted or anonymised.

• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure or restriction of processing, unless statutory obligations prevent this
